Spencer & Kristen’s wedding day at the Salt Lake City, Utah LDS Temple was as beautiful as they come; full of sunshine, beautiful temple grounds and tight knit family. I got the chance to meet Kristen’s family the week before the wedding for an extended family session near Ogden and fell in love with the whole lot, Spencer & Kristen included. I couldn’t have been happier when they invited me to photograph this lovely day just over a week later. In fact, since they were all together in Utah for a family reunion and all the family just happened to be gathered, these two decided they could just move up the wedding date and that’s just what they did. Flowers, dress, photographer and all! Spencer & Kristen, thank you for inviting me to share your wedding day with you. You are both total gems!

Meet Amy, my darling friend and one beautiful bride! I’m so happy to be able to share all her images now that the wedding day has come and she and Ethan are husband and wife. 🙂 Amy wished and wished for lots of lovely snow which is a perfectly good wish for a winter bride but our mother nature had a different idea. So, we made our way to the Capitol in Salt Lake City for her bridals. I am so pleased with the results… love the wintery feel of her one-of-a-kind, swiss-dot dress and frosted purple roses. Hair & makeup by Same Hurst of Streamline Hair Design.

Had the neatest opportunity to practice my wedding photography skills and learn some fantastic new business practices with the ever genuine and oh so talented, Abbey Kyhl. It was an incredible two days at the beautiful Thanksgiving Point of pure business & wedding awesomeness. Running a photography business and balancing my desire to be a great mom has been challenging. I LOVE photography and LOVE my clients but when it comes to being a business guru… that is where I lack and that is where Abbey’s Evolving workshop has already blessed and will continue to bless Little Lottie Photography and all of you as my clients. Abbey’s business arsenal comes chuck full with streamlined ideas and processes to run a photo business like a boss while maintaining a genuine style and relationship with clients. Abbey is completely genuine and such a blessing to the photography industry. She builds and blesses every client and every photographer she comes in contact with and I count myself absolutely blessed to have had this wonderful opportunity to learn from her. She is my photography business mentor for sure! Feeling invigorated and blessed. 🙂 All vendors for this event listed below.

A great big thanks and shout out to the incredible vendors who helped create a beautiful styled session: Thanksgiving Point for the venue. Jacki Miller for incredible custom designed invites, place cards, thank you’s, etc. Alex Crabtree for lovely hair and makeup. Something Vintage Something Blue for the classy car. Mark Keysor Videography for fun and candid video coverage of the event and Sugar Patch Cakes for two of the loveliest wedding cakes I’ve ever seen. 🙂

Finally get to show off Matt & Kirsten’s wedding day here on the blog. They were married in the Brigham City LDS Temple in May and I’ve been so excited to get them up here on the blog. Their day was lovely and full of sunshine. They were supported by tons of friends and family. I absolutely loved Kirsten’s dress and bouquet and her colors… oh those beautiful colors! Combine this lovely little day with Matt & Kirsten’s fantastic senses of humor and it made for some very memorable moments. The more I photograph, the more I realize that I am just a sucker for love stories. Enjoy their day!

A quick little peek into this beautiful wedding… more to come!

No words for how much I love this image of Keelie and her dad. A picture is worth a thousand words! A father’s daughter will ALWAYS be his little girl whether she is 2 or 25. Coming soon, Ryan & Keelie and their beautiful wedding! 🙂

Matt & Kirsten opted to do their formals before the day of their wedding in order to allow things to run smoother the day of the wedding when time is tight and the crowds are large. What a fun night with these two! Absolutely loved Kirsten’s hair and dress. I couldn’t wait to see her bouquet and it ended up being just fabulous. Love photographing brides and grooms this way because things are so relaxed and wonderfully easy! 🙂 Matt & Kirsten were married in the Brigham City LDS Temple just about a month after we photographed these images so watch for more images of Matt & Kirsten here on the blog. If you’re curious and want to check out their engagement session, you can see that here. Enjoy! 🙂

A quick sneak peek for Mckay & Sara here on the blog tonight. These two are set to be married next month and I am so excited to share a bit of their beautiful, evening engagement session here on the blog. I stumbled upon this lovely little location during a family hike and I was quick to file it away as an idea for a future session. When Mckay & Sara contacted me, I knew this was the spot for them and their engagement photos. It doesn’t get any better than combining beautiful location, incredible evening light and one very darling, very in love couple. 😉 So pleased with everything about this session. Enjoy!

I knew when Tim & Lola contacted me for their Logan, Utah engagement session that we were going to be a wonderful match! Lola & Tim both knew they wanted a beautiful, open space with mountains and views of the valley for their session. They came so ready and full of fun to the session that I think we accomplished exactly what we were after… a fun, romantic feel. Can I just say that getting to know these two and spending the evening photographing them, I walked away feeling like one lucky photographer. I just adore my clients and the trust they place in me to capture their love.  So honored! Tim & Lola, you two are wonderful and I cannot say enough about you both… just simply wonderful people. Your love is absolutely breath taking. Enjoy! 🙂
