You will soon find stand up paddle boarding locally with the wonderful Rachel Ellis AND it’s coming soon.  I am so excited!  I dare you not to fall in love with stand up paddle boarding and with Rachel once you spend an afternoon on the water… both will keep you coming back for more! :)  Rachel will be teaching stand up paddle boarding fitness classes as well as renting the equipment for those of you who already have a taste for this fantastic, fun and relaxing sport.  The classes will include a mix of Pilates and yoga. What could be better than a day on the water with a mix of moves that strengthen, relax and bring out your flexible side.  We got these images just a couple days ago. Being there on the lake and seeing it in action with these darling ladies was such a blast.  Once I finally put the camera down, I took a board out for a spin myself… I must say, I can’t wait!  Stay tuned for more info and a link to her business page. :)
