Ogden Utah Wedding Photographer – J&M

Jeff & Melissa were married a couple weeks ago in the Bountiful LDS Temple. They are such a SWEET couple! It was fantastic that we had taken care of most of their outdoor wedding day photos the week before (here) because the morning of the wedding, they woke to a thunderstorm! Not exactly the weather any of us had ordered…. 🙂 Regardless of the rain, it was a beautiful day and by evening the rain and clouds had rolled away to allow for a beautiful reception at the Pleasant Valley branch of the Weber library. It was such a fun location for their evening festivities. So much fun! So much love and family! They are going to have a beautiful life together! Here is a sampling of the photos we got from the day. Ogden Utah Wedding Photographer – J+M

Doing Melissa & Jeff’s wedding photography is just a dream. I mean, look at these two! They such are a beautiful couple, so classy and down to earth… and did I mention so classy! 🙂 Melissa just finished up her degree and after the wedding they’re heading to sunny CA where Jeff will finish his PhD. They asked if we could do most of the wedding day shots before the big day to lighten the load on the actual wedding day. What a fantastic idea! Ogden Utah Wedding Photographer – Jeff & Melissa

Wedding photography at the Bountiful LDS temple may just be a new favorite of mine. I met Jeff and Melissa a little later in the day to do some pre wedding day photography. Wow, what fun time! I am REALLY loving everything about their wedding session – the lighting, her dress… oh my, her dress, LOVE the dress and Jeff’s suit is the perfect compliment. Then there’s the couple, Jeff and Melissa and even Melissa’s darling sister who came along to help out that evening. Everything was just so perfect! Thanks for all the help, Meredith and a great big thanks to you both, Melissa and Jeff for inviting me to be a part of this with you. What a great set of wedding day shots. Ogden Utah Bridal Photographer – Riley

Bridal photography in a gorgeous location with my darling niece who has eyes to die for AND a sense of humor to keep me rolling… it doesn’t get any better than this! 🙂 Not only is Riley such a beautiful bride, but she’s got a fantastically fun personality to match – hence those fun blue heels. Riley and her man are going to be so happy and their lives will be brimming with laughs, I have no doubt! She fought for her man in the beginning and he asked her to marry him in the end… now this darling, engaged couple is getting ready to tie the knot! Jared and Miranda, I LOVE your shoot. Ogden Utah Family Photographer – Natalie

Family photography like this is so fun. Natalie and I worked together to find a suitable location with a fresh, springy look for her family and did we ever find what we were after. These cherry trees provide the perfect backdrop for Natalie and her darling kids… who are, by the way, oh so cute! The effect in all her family photos is wonderful. Such BEAUTIFUL light!!!!! I feel so honored to shoot for this sweet family because Natalie is a photographer herself who wanted someone to capture her and the kids in action. Sweet little Lucy was not too hip to the idea, but I think we still captured some very sweet shots. Nat, thanks again and enjoy, enjoy! 🙂

Ogden Utah Photographer – Spring

Spring has a way of luring the photographer in me outside… camera in hand, to my own little orchard to see what I can see. Ogden Utah Family Photographer – Afton

This sweet, darling mom suggested doing her family photography session and Afton’s 6 month photos in her grandmother’s home and on her porch. I knew there would be great light as long as we had sunshine and did we ever! I have been so excited to show this darling family their session because I am quite in love with it…. IN LOVE!!! I haven’t been able to pull myself away from their library of delicious photos. The love just pours from these images and makes me all soft inside. Rori, you are beautiful!!! I still want that secret recipe for looking so good just months after having sweet little Afton… 🙂 You have the cutest style! I love what we captured inside as well… don’t you? I hope you are as pleased with the results as I am and here’s to finding many of your photos to love!
