I just can’t help but share a little peek into what I’m working on tonight, an incredibly beautiful engagement session for the lovely T & L. SO in love with this session. The light. The views. The smiles. The sweet, genuine affection. So full of love and so elegantly classic! 🙂 I am so blessed to work with such incredible clients. Truly wonderful people! Can’t wait to share more. Promise… they are coming soon! 😉

So pleased to share a few from Zac & Ivy’s family photo session from earlier in the fall.  We met at a local park, bright and early… early enough that the sun hadn’t yet poked it’s head over the mountain.  I assured Ivy that the early hour would be worth it if her little ones were pleasant little morning people.  She assured me that they were and that we’d have much better luck early morning than the evening.  So, we went for it!  It was CHILLY! So chilly that the grass was covered by a heavy coat of glistening frost and it crunched under our feet. However, the little ones were troopers and Zac & Ivy’s session turned out to be a favorite fall session.  Loved the look of the frosty covered green.  A perfect match to their navy and green ensemble. 🙂  Ivy, so glad we went for it.  Hopefully all those chilly memories have faded into wonderful, warm enjoyment of these beautiful family photos. 😉

Keeping up with a promise I made earlier in the year, today I’m sharing Circe’s beautiful family.  Circe’s girls will melt your heart like they did mine.  Such a beautiful family.  Such a beautiful session.  Makes my heart happy. I feel like celebrating!! Put me down for what I’d consider another fabulous year here at Little Lottie Photography. 🙂  It’s December and the last of my 2013 editing for all families, brides, babies & seniors is done.  If we’ve worked together this year and you gave me the privilege of photographing you or your family or both, I hope you’re enjoying your images and all we captured together. Looking back over the year I feel like cheering.  Such a great year full of lessons, chuck full of wonderful people I’ve met through photography and who I now call my friends…. thank you, THANK YOU!  I’m off to celebrate the holidays with family and I’ll see YOU in 2014!! 🙂

Had Tyler & Toby and their beautiful kiddos together for a family photo shoot in Ogden, Utah the other night.  It is probably one of the last days of fall family photography for the year as snow begins to move in.  Tyler is an engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad and knew of this great bridge with tracks that are not in use.  Perfect!  The river was just a few steps away and that gave us all the variety we needed for a sweet family session.  Tyler and Toby are both just fantastic people and so fun to spend my evening photographing them.  Love it when families are so laid back and casual.  My favorite moment of the session… photographing Tyler & Toby. I just happen to be a bit of a romantic! 🙂

Here’s the spring photo session for newlyweds, Josh & Emily, who are capturing their first year of marriage with a photo session for every season.  We met up one evening at the lovely, Logan temple.  The sunlight was beautiful and we had a fantastic time tromping round the grounds.  Every time I put the camera to my eye, it seemed there was another well wisher for Josh & Emily… congratulating them on their apparent engagement. 😉 We all knew better but I figured they might as well just start saying ‘thank you’ because they are just as in love and just as cute as any engaged couple I’ve met.  No need to explain… we just enjoyed the moments and rolled with it!  And look what we captured.  Couldn’t be more pleased! Enjoy!

Loved this little morning family session with Zech & Elizabeth and their three beautiful children.  I LOVE meeting wonderful families like Zech & Elizabeth’s.  From the moment we met until we parted ways at the end of their session, I just adored them.  Such great people and I am so lucky to get to work with such amazing families!  So down to earth with LOTS of love within their little family circle… you can feel it in their images and I adore that.  Fantastic wardrobe choices too, Elizabeth!  Couldn’t have planned it better myself!  Hope you find lots to love from all we captured.  Enjoy!  Oh yes… stay tuned for a few more images of just Zech & Elizabeth… they’ll make you melt!

Richard & Taty’s maternity session is a new favorite of mine. I LOVED photographing Taty because she is such a dear friend of mine but even more than photographing her was watching her and her husband, Richard.  In my eyes, Taty has an amazing life story.  It is full of mountains she has climbed and now I feel like she has reached her beautiful view.  Her man obviously CHERISHES her to pieces… my heart is bursting just to put those words on paper.  This woman is one of the sweetest you will EVER meet.  She deserves a wonderful man! She is expecting a beautiful little baby, a wonderful blessing I think she wondered if she would ever get to have again.  Each time I’ve opened her session, my heart has been overwhelmed with happiness for my beautiful friend who is so obviously happy and content.  Her joy has brought me an immense amount of happiness!!!  Thank you Taty, you dear woman, and enjoy what we captured!

LOVE this darling, engaged couple! LOVE their engagement session! MANY more to come.

Remember Josh & Emily, from their sessions here, here and here?  Stay tuned for a full post of their newlywed winter session at Salt Lake City’s Gallivan Center ice rink… coming soon!

I met this darling family just a few short months ago when their youngest was born and we did a newborn session together.  You can take a look at his images here.  That seemed like just yesterday but now he’s full of character and all kinds of charm.  Isn’t his hat just the tops!?  Love the hat, LOVE their style and love this wonderful family.  We spent the evening downtown and found some great color to compliment their clothing choices.  Fall temperatures beat us to our final spot and by the time the balloons came out, the little ones were done… :).  Ah well, we still caught a couple cute group shots.  Great job you guys and EnJoY! 🙂
